1. The tuition fees are payable before the commencement of each academic year or term. Payments made after the due date will incur a penalty.
2. Cost of uniform, books, stationery, ECAs, meals, external examination fees and school excursions are not included in the above structure.
3. Payments may be made by cheque, bank draft, telegraphic transfer and cash deposit, payable to: VICTORIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD, CIMB Bank A/C No 8001819627, Swift Code CIMBMYKL.
   Please send evidence of payment by email to finance@victoria.edu.my or fax to +(6)03-3187 6625 including Parent’s Name, Student’s Name, Student No (if available) and Invoice No (if available) in order for us to confirm the payment and issue a receipt.
4. All payments by cash, cheque or bank draft must be made to the Finance Office where an official receipt will be issued. No other members of staff are allowed to accept payments.
5. Sibling discounts will be offered to siblings who are still studying in the school. A sibling is defined as a legal brother or sister of a child enrolled in the school.
   • Per sibling: 10% discount on Registration Fee
   • 10% discount on Tuition Fee
   • Discount offered for youngest sibling
6. Foreign student must pay one year (annually) full payment.
