A. ACCOMMODATION
VIS boarding accommodation is located within the vicinity of the school with direct access to all areas and classrooms of the school. The accommodation is located in a full condo facility comprising of an area of 1200sq ft to 1300sq ft. This will make living very conducive and giving students the homely environment.

B. SAFETY AND SECURITY
Hostel authority will ensure safety and Security for all students. High tech equipment shall be used to monitor movement of students. Professionally trained personnel shall be deployed to maintain safety and security.
- Private entrance from common areas to apartment
- All common areas and apartment will be monitored by CCTV
- Excess to individual apartment and common areas using fingerprint biometric
- Professional and Trained security personal at every floor
- Smart card system link with school
- Movement of student monitored at all time by authority
- A hostel warden shall be station at each floor 24/7
- CCTV system will be linked to warden’s room and will be watched by duty manager
- All time safety shall be looks into during and after school hours
- Students will be monitored during outdoor activities.

C. LAUNDRY AND HOUSE KEEPING
In-house laundry and housekeeping facilities will be provided on daily basis. Up keep of the apartment and common areas will be done daily.
- Daily cleaning of all apartments and common areas
- Daily bedding change and upkeep of rooms
- Daily laundry and ironing for used cloths
- RO drinking water for each apartment
- First aid kit for each apartment
- Every floor with a warden and housekeeping department
- Laundry and ironing will be under housekeeping department
FEES: RM 100 PER STUDENT PER MONTH (RM 400 TERMLY)
D. FOOD
Professional food and beverage department will be established for the monitoring of daily food from the nutritional and health point of view. Since this is very important, expect of the student daily needs, professionals will be employed to cater the requirements.
- All meals and foods will be served under supervision of professional Nutritionist
- Fresh food and fruits provided on daily basis
- RO standard water for every apartment
- 6 meals daily
- 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- 3 light meals (morning snack, evening tea and supper)
- All main meal will be provided at dining hall
- Dry food and pack drinks shall be provided at specific apartments
- Trained personnel will provide meals.

E. LEISURE AND SPORTS
VIS shall emphasis on sports and leisure on a regular basis. This is to make their students not only academically competent but excelling in sporting too. The advantage of VIS boarding is to occupy all students with leisure and sporting activities.

- Compulsory membership with international standard sporting and leisure club
- Weekend sporting and leisure activity at Nilai Springs Golf & Country Club
- All activities monitored by professional facilitators
- Activities includes Soccer, Golf, Badminton, Squash, Swimming, bowling and ETC
- Outing to recreational places within Malaysia (Study Tours)
- Professional level sporting can be made available to students parent at request
FEES: RM 170 PER MONTH PER STUDENT (RM 680 TERMLY)

F. HEALTHCARE AND INSURANCE
All students will be secured with full healthcare and Insurance facilities
- General Public liability Insurance will be given for all students
- In-house trained first aid personnel will be available
- Clinic visits to panel doctors for common illnesses at any time
- Full medical and hospitalization insurance provided
- Free medical checkup yearly
- Trained counselors for all students
FEES: RM 800 PER STUDENT YEARLY.
